We will totally remove your existing wooden fascias, barge board, soffits, guttering and replace it with new zero maintenance UPVC.

At the same time we install over fascia venting which brings the roof ventilation up to current building standards and keeps your soffits looking great in years to come.

A felt tray is added to slide under your existing felt to ensure that no water can pass through if it starts to recede from the roofline. A solid foam filled fascia and soffit board is used (not hollow) for extreme durability.

Fascias Types

A wide range of PVC fascia boards that come in white or Brown(s). We worked with 9mm to 25mm thickness and we understand that it is important to choose the correct thickness of fascia for the installation.

Ventilation

Ventilation can be provided over the fascia, or through the soffit.
A range of options for both situations.

Building Regulations require proper ventilation into the roof void. This can be done through the soffit for speed of installation or over the fascia to hide the ventilation slots. Eaves protection prolongs the life of new build installations and is recommended in refurbishment.
